Presenter in oral sessions
A Microsoft Teams link to the online session can be found on the IAERE Full Programme. Presenters are warmly invited to download and install the Microsoft Teams software on their computers.
To avoid loss of time, the presenters are invited to have a PowerPoint or LateX presentation ready to share on their screens.
Presenters are invited to the virtual rooms 10 minutes prior to the start of the session, so that a quick test of the platform can be carried out before the session starts. In case there will be any technical problems, before the start of the session, there will be a contact person from the University of Brescia specifically there to help you.
Average time available for each presentation, including chairs’ and general discussion, is around 20 minutes. The suggested time allocation is: 15 minutes for presentation, 5 minutes for discussion.
Presentations will be carried out either in Italian or English, depending on the audience. 

Chairs
Chairs are invited to go to the virtual rooms 10 minutes prior to the start of the session. They introduce the session and the speakers and make sure that the time available is divided equally over the papers to be presented.
Average time available for each presentation, including chairs’ and general discussion, is around 20 minutes. The suggested time allocation is: 15 minutes for presentation, 5 minutes for discussion. Chairs are invited to use any residual time for allowing further discussion from the floor.
Presentations will be carried out either in Italian or English, depending on the audience.
Moreover, chairs are kindly invited to briefly introduce and guide the discussion with the floor following each presentation and at the end of the session.
