Registration Guidelines
Registrations are open!
Payments can be done via Credit Card or via Bank Transfer.
On-site payments will not be accepted.
Registrations will be confirmed after the receipt of the payment.
Please note that the deadline for registration for inclusion in
the programme is January 22nd, 2024.
INSTRUCTIONS:
IMPORTANT: only IAERE Members in good standing order for year 2024 can register for the Conference. Those who are not yet Members (or have to renew their Membership) for 2024, must apply for Membership before registering for the Conference.

*Students are kindly requested to prove their status by sending to the Secretariat (iaere@iaere.org) one of the following items: a note from their department on letterhead, a copy of their Student ID Card valid for 2024 or the URL of the webpage run within the official website of their department in which they are mentioned as students.
The registration fee includes access to all sessions, coffee-breaks and lunches. Entrance to the Conference Dinner is included in the Fee labelled as “ with social dinner ” only.
Cancellation policy
For administrative reasons it is not possible to refund registration fees.
Nevertheless we kindly ask you to let us know if you are not able to participate
in the conference by writing to iaere@iaere.org.
