The Conference will be held in the Department of Economics and Management (DEM) of the University of Brescia, Via S. Faustino 74/b-25122 Brescia.
The Department of Economics and Management gathers different subject fields that share common research interests and integrated educational activities. The DEM carries out research and teaching activities that are focused on the complexity of the economic trends. These activities combine the analysis of macroeconomic and microeconomic elements of the general economic background and the study of business management, enterprise organisational structures as well as strategic planning. It also promotes and fosters teaching and research with a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approach which is theoretical and practical at the same time. The Department recognises its grounding subjects areas and considers them as a common valuable patrimony of knowledge and methods.

BY TRAIN
If you are arriving by train (see the Trenitalia website for train times) you can reach the Università degli Studi di Brescia sites in different ways, by taking the underground or by bus.
Underground
You can take the underground from Brescia railway station (“Stazione FS”), getting off at: San Faustino.
Bus
Linea 7 (direction Caino-Nave), getting on at the Via Togni stop (to the side of the Station forecourt) and getting off at the “P.le Battisti” stop.
BY TAXI
The taxi rank is just outside the Station building.
How to reach Brescia
By train
Brescia is located in a strategic position along the Milan-Venice railway. It is served by both regional and high-speed trains.
Trains from / to Milan Centrale: regional train (€ 7.30, 1 h 7 min, departures approximately every hour) – high-speed train (from € 26.00, 36 min, departures every half hour);
Trains from / to Verona Porta Nuova: regional train (€ 7, 43 min, departures approximately every hour) – high-speed train (from € 21.00, 35 min, departures every half hour);
Trains from / to Rome Termini: Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, and Italo high-speed trains (from € 30, about 3.5 hours, departures every half hour);

Brescia is also connected to Camonica Valley through the Brescia – Iseo – Edolo railway, serviced by Trenord.

Trains from / to Edolo: € 7.90, 2 hours, departures approximately every 2 hours.
